It can also take online bookings and deposits with Mainbeam Booking, and any ranch that has me build or rebuild its website gets Mainbeam Booking setup free ($150 value). Yes. I’ve been hunting since I was a teenager and have hunted at a lot of different ranches, so I build what hunters look for before they pick up the phone. I’m also a member of the Texas Wildlife Association.

Yes. Mainbeam Booking adds a “Book a Hunt” button to your website. Hunters pick a hunt and an open date, pay your deposit by card and sign your waiver online. Deposits go straight to your bank account through Stripe. There’s no monthly fee for the ranch, and you can still take phone bookings like always.

Yes. Your domain is registered in your name, and ownership of the finished site transfers to you when the final payment is made. Hosting is included in the Care Plan, and if you ever decide to move on, your site goes with you.

You pay 50% to start and 50% before launch. Your site stays on a private preview link until you’ve approved it and the balance is paid. Business packages can be split into three payments (40% to start, 30% at design approval, 30% at launch). I accept cards through Square.

Yes. Elm Fork Digital is based in Highland Village and focused on the Dallas–Fort Worth area, but out-of-area clients are welcome. We’ll meet by phone or video call, and everything else works the same.

Yes. I set up your Google Business Profile and local search basics so nearby customers can find you, see your hours and reach you. Yes. The $100/month Care Plan includes hosting, backups and small edits like updated hours, prices, photos or announcements. Larger changes, like new pages or new features, get a quote before any work starts.

Your written quote includes a target launch date. The schedule starts the day the deposit is paid, and the biggest factor is how quickly your photos, text and feedback come in. I’ll tell you exactly what I need from you up front.
