Mainbeam Booking runs your hunt calendar, takes deposits, and keeps waivers and harvest records in one place. Hunters book from your website. You see and manage every booking from one dashboard on your phone or computer.

How it works
A "Book a Hunt" button on your current website.
- I install the button. It goes on the website you already have. Nothing else about your site changes.
- Hunters pick a date and a hunt. The button opens a calendar of your open dates and the hunts you offer, with your prices.
- They pay the deposit and sign the waiver. The deposit goes to you, the waiver is saved with the booking, and the date comes off the calendar.

Common questions
Do I need a new website?
No. The "Book a Hunt" button goes on the website you have now, and the booking window opens right on your site, styled to match it. Hunters never leave your website. If you don't have a website yet, or yours needs a refresh, Elm Fork Digital builds websites for hunting ranches and outfitters nationwide.
What stops a hunter from booking out of season?
You set the months each animal can be hunted, like fallow deer September through March, hard antler only. The calendar only offers dates inside that season, hunters see the season next to every hunt, and a booking outside it is refused.
Can I still take bookings by phone?
Yes. Keep taking calls the way you always have. Phone bookings go on the same calendar as online bookings.
Where does the deposit money go?
Deposits are paid by card and go straight to your ranch's own bank account through Stripe. Your refund and balance-due rules are shown to the hunter before they pay.
What hunts does it work for?
Whitetail, exotics like axis, fallow, aoudad and blackbuck, hogs, turkey and bird hunts. Each hunt has its own season, prices, deposit rules and trophy fees.
What does it cost?
There's no monthly fee. A small booking fee is added at checkout, paid by the hunter, or the ranch can choose to cover a smaller fee instead. This season I'm looking for 3 pilot ranches to use it free, and I'll come out and set everything up in person. Request a demo and I'll walk you through the details.
