Mainbeam Booking Terms of Service

Effective October 18, 2026

These terms cover the text messages sent by Mainbeam Booking, the online booking system that Elm Fork Digital, a d/b/a of Adam McLaughlin LLC, provides to hunting ranches. Every text is sent under the Mainbeam Booking name and is about a hunt you booked with a ranch that uses Mainbeam Booking.

SMS Terms

What you’ll get

When you book a hunt on a ranch’s Mainbeam booking page and turn on “Text me my booking confirmation and hunt reminders from Mainbeam Booking,” you get texts about that booking only:

• Your booking confirmation, with a link to your booking and the waiver
• A reminder before your hunt, with anything left to do and directions to the ranch
• Your final bill after the hunt

We never send marketing or promotional texts. Texts are optional and are not required to book a hunt.

How often

Up to 3 texts per booking. Message frequency varies with how many hunts you book.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Stopping texts and getting help

Reply STOP to any text to stop getting them. You’ll get one message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed, and no more after that. To start again, reply START. Reply HELP for help, or contact us below.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared with anyone, except the providers that deliver the messages. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
