I’ve been hunting since I was a teenager, at a lot of different ranches. From the hunter’s side I kept seeing the same thing: great country, good people, and a website that made it hard to find prices, dates or how to book.
So I build websites for hunting ranches and outfitters. They show your hunts, prices, seasons, lodging and real photos, and they work on the phone in a hunter’s hand. I also built Mainbeam Booking, so hunters can pick a date, pay your deposit and sign your waiver online. You can still take phone bookings like always.
I still build websites for North Texas small businesses, nonprofits and churches too. Whoever you are, you work directly with me.

Do you build websites for hunting ranches and outfitters?
Yes, for ranches and outfitters nationwide. A ranch website shows your hunts, prices, seasons, lodging and real photos, and it works on the phone in a hunter’s hand. It can also take online bookings and deposits with Mainbeam Booking, and any ranch that has me build or rebuild its website gets Mainbeam Booking setup free ($150 value). Do you hunt?
Yes. I’ve been hunting since I was a teenager and have hunted at a lot of different ranches, so I build what hunters look for before they pick up the phone. I’m also a member of the Texas Wildlife Association.
Can hunters book and pay a deposit on my ranch website?
Yes. Mainbeam Booking adds a “Book a Hunt” button to your website. Hunters pick a hunt and an open date, pay your deposit by card and sign your waiver online. Deposits go straight to your bank account through Stripe. There’s no monthly fee for the ranch, and you can still take phone bookings like always.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Your domain is registered in your name, and ownership of the finished site transfers to you when the final payment is made. Hosting is included in the Care Plan, and if you ever decide to move on, your site goes with you.
How do payments work?
You pay 50% to start and 50% before launch. Your site stays on a private preview link until you’ve approved it and the balance is paid. Business packages can be split into three payments (40% to start, 30% at design approval, 30% at launch). I accept cards through Square.
Do you work with businesses outside North Texas?
Yes. Elm Fork Digital is based in Highland Village and focused on the Dallas–Fort Worth area, but out-of-area clients are welcome. We’ll meet by phone or video call, and everything else works the same.
Will my website work on phones?
Yes. Every site is designed phone-first and checked on phones, tablets and desktops, with tap-to-call and easy-to-press buttons.
Can you help customers find my business locally?
Yes. I set up your Google Business Profile and local search basics so nearby customers can find you, see your hours and reach you. I can also add AI visibility, so tools like ChatGPT and Google’s AI answers can find and recommend your business. We’ll talk about what fits your business during your consultation.
Can you update my website after launch?
Yes. The $100/month Care Plan includes hosting, backups and small edits like updated hours, prices, photos or announcements. Larger changes, like new pages or new features, get a quote before any work starts.
How long will my project take?
Your written quote includes a target launch date. The schedule starts the day the deposit is paid, and the biggest factor is how quickly your photos, text and feedback come in. I’ll tell you exactly what I need from you up front.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo if you have one, photos of your work, team or location, and the details of your services. Don’t worry if it isn’t polished. I’ll help you organize it into clear pages.
